The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Lemon juice – preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on lemon juice from Brazil and South Africa, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 4.45 and 21.49 percent for Brazil and 55.67 and 74.04 percent for South Africa

Nails – dumping margins of 0.75 to 4.38 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Korea for the period July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021

Nails – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on steel nails from India, Thailand, and Turkey, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of zero to 1.24 percent for India, 17.12 and 65.87 percent for Thailand, and 22.0 to 37.6 percent for Turkey, and (2) preliminary negative dumping determination on steel nails from Sri Lanka

Pipe – initiation of country-wide circumvention inquiries to determine whether imports of certain circular pipe from China, Korea, India, and Taiwan that are completed in Vietnam from hot-rolled steel produced in China, Korea, India, or Taiwan are circumventing the AD/CV duty orders on various circular pipe from those countries

Steel plate – continuation of AD duty order on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan and CV duty order on such goods from South Africa, effective Aug. 4

Washers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on large residential washers from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
